The service
AcadLynk is a subscription school management platform covering admissions, student records, attendance, examinations, fee management, timetables, homework, communication and related modules. We provide the platform on a hosted basis; you provide and control the content and data entered into it.
Accounts and responsibilities
Your school is responsible for keeping login credentials secure, for the accuracy of data entered, and for ensuring that staff use the platform appropriately. Administrators control which roles have access to which information. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Free trial
New schools may use a 14-day free trial with access to platform features and no credit card required to start. The trial is intended for genuine evaluation. At the end of the trial you may subscribe to a paid plan or stop using the service; data from the trial can be carried into a paid plan or exported on request.
Subscriptions, plans and pricing
Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees. Published pricing starts at Rs.2,399/month for the Basic plan (up to 200 students) and Rs.3,499/month for Premium (up to 500 students), with custom Enterprise pricing for multi-branch groups. Plan limits relate to student and staff counts and storage. If pricing changes, existing subscribers will be given advance notice.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to store unlawful content, to attempt to breach its security, to reverse engineer it, to resell access without agreement, or to upload data you do not have the right to process. We may suspend accounts engaged in activity that threatens the security or lawful operation of the service, with notice wherever practicable.
Data ownership
Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of school, staff or student data entered into the platform. You may request an export at any time. We process your data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and support
We target 99.9% uptime and provide support to subscribing schools. Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimise disruption. No hosted service can guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not accept liability for losses arising from unavoidable downtime, though we work to prevent and quickly resolve it.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time; service continues to the end of the current billing period. Before cancelling, export any data you wish to keep, or ask us for an export. We retain data for a limited period after cancellation so that accidental cancellations can be recovered, after which it may be deleted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by your school in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account administrators, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent to sales@acadlynk.atmez.ai.
