Who publishes this site
AcadLynk is a product of Atmez AI, a software company based in Hyderabad, Telangana. We build and operate one thing: a cloud platform that Indian schools use to run admissions, attendance, fees, examinations, documents and parent communication from a single student record. We are not a review site, a directory or a consultancy. Everything published here comes from the team that builds and supports the product, and from the school offices we work with directly during onboarding and support.

Our commercial disclosure, stated plainly
We sell school management software, and much of this site is about the category we sell into. That is a conflict of interest and we would rather name it than bury it. Three commitments follow from it. We name competing products by name, including cases where another product is the better fit. We publish our actual prices rather than hiding them behind a sales call. And we do not claim customer numbers, awards or ratings we cannot substantiate. If you are comparing vendors, ask every one of us for a first-year total including licence, setup, migration, training, parent app licensing and messaging charges, then compare those figures rather than the monthly headline.
How the guides on this site are written
The guides, format references and checklists here are written by the AcadLynk team rather than outsourced or generated in bulk. The starting point is almost always a question a real school office asked us during onboarding or support, which is why the topics skew towards unglamorous specifics: what a bonafide certificate must contain, why a date of birth mismatch stalls a passport application, what an inspection actually asks to see.
- Board and state requirements are checked against the relevant board or state education department position at the time of writing
- Where practice varies by state, we say so instead of presenting one state as the national rule
- Figures are labelled as typical ranges when they are estimates, not presented as measured results
- Every article carries a visible publication date and a last-updated date
- Document formats are described as general templates, because several boards prescribe their own printed forms
What we cannot tell you
Two limits are worth stating because they affect how you should use this site. First, certificate, register and inspection requirements genuinely differ by board and by state, and they change. We describe the common Indian pattern, which is a starting point and not a compliance guarantee, so confirm your own board and state position before you issue a document or set a policy. Second, some questions here touch on law rather than administration, such as whether a school may withhold a certificate over unpaid fees. Several states restrict that, practice varies, and we are not your legal adviser. Check your state education department rules.
Found an error? Tell us
If something on this site is wrong, out of date, or no longer matches your board's requirement, we want to know, and we would rather hear it from a school than discover it later. Email sales@acadlynk.atmez.ai with the page URL and what is incorrect. We correct factual errors on the page itself and update the last-updated date so readers can see the page changed rather than silently editing it.
The free tools, and why they exist
We publish seven free document generators for school offices covering fee receipts, fee challans, transfer, bonafide and character certificates, notices and monthly attendance registers. They need no sign-up, carry no watermark, and run entirely in your browser so the student data you type never reaches our servers. They are genuinely free and genuinely useful on their own. They also make an honest argument for the paid product: every field they ask you to type already exists in your student records, and retyping it several hundred times a year is where the errors come from. You can find all of them at acadlynk.com/tools.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns and operates AcadLynk?
AcadLynk is built and operated by Atmez AI, a software company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. AcadLynk is its school management platform for Indian schools.
Who writes the guides on the AcadLynk blog?
They are written by the AcadLynk team, drawing on direct work with school offices during onboarding and support. Articles carry an organisational byline rather than an individual one, along with a visible publication date and last-updated date.
Is AcadLynk an impartial source on school management software?
No, and we say so on every relevant page. AcadLynk sells school management software, so we have a commercial interest in the category. We name competing products, publish our real prices, and recommend getting a first-year total from every vendor you shortlist, including us.
How do you handle corrections?
Email sales@acadlynk.atmez.ai with the page URL and the error. We correct the page itself and update its last-updated date, so readers can see the page has changed rather than us editing silently.
Can I rely on your certificate and inspection guides for compliance?
Treat them as a starting point, not a compliance guarantee. Certificate formats, register requirements and inspection checklists vary by board and by state and they change over time, so confirm your own board and state education department requirements before issuing documents or setting policy.
Does AcadLynk own the data schools put into the platform?
No. The school owns its data. It is stored encrypted with role-based access, isolated per school or branch, and exportable at any time.
